Many great people are at Opentext, but that's only because they came with a company merger or purchase.
Cons
Opentext is NOT an innovator. They simply buy technology/companies, prop them up, and do nothing with the technology, hence, why they're nothing more than an M&A company.

> Stable company
> "Okay" health benefits
> Some growth potential
> Good employee atmosphere and high respect amongst managers
Cons
> Micromanagement from top down. (Overly managed by CEO)
> Typical large company controls on salary growth and value. Limited to 3% cola controls or less given your manager.
> Lot of top management want "yes" people around them.
> Lots of "peter principle" elevation due to brain drain. (Smart people leave for better opportunity)
