Cons
-Call centre setting/environment -Back to back calls -For example: your shift ends at 5:30pm, you must sill be "open/available" for a new call, even if it's 5:27pm, and if you end the call for like 30minutes, the next day you will not be allowed to leave 30minutes early, thus, you will have extra 30minutes lunch break. So basically you are working MORE than your accumulated hours/shift which is annoying and really wrong, especially if you have plans after work. -Don't expect raise -Training isn't that much a big of help, even on your 3rd week or last week of training, tons of "approval" needed so you can have access to certain tasks or software or websites, they're taking FOREVER to make you have access -Micromanagement -Get ready to be yelled or screamed by customers because this will happen 90% of time, so have some thick skin -Favouritism
