      Pros

      great work life balance but varies between departments knowledgeable and mostly hard working workforce good products

      Cons

      constant acquisitions with heavy work load for everyone extremely top heavy, more VPs than people who actually work ELT and SVP hire friends for whom positions are created low employee morale many jobs are moved to India and Philippines with these offices already having more employees than head quarter share holder value comes always first CEO is a total micro-manager HR or marketing writing positive feedbacks on here - I wonder why CEO approval rating jumped from 30% to 60% in a few months, how come???

      Nice office, great people, great coffee!

      Cons

      Compensation and benefit package are at below market, whereas the management keeps telling employees they're above market average. Management pretends to care about employees opinions and ideas, never listens to suggestions they ask for. Also, they say internal candidates will be given advantage over external ones, well, they aren't! No decent follow-up provided when an internal candidate is refused the position either - very discouraging.
