Nice office, good location to work.

Management is only concerned about themselves and saving their own jobs. Very stressful and constant fear of loosing your job.

In my 5 years with opentext - I really enjoyed and care for the company. Giving out my best. But along came the new leaders here in the Phlippines and Stephanie - They single handedly change IT- Service desk for the worst. Restructing almost 80% of the employees. They don't accept criticism, feedback and specially does not care the effort that we put through.
