Pros

There is nothing good about these people

Cons

They will cut the throats of the employees at the first sign of trouble. So, they just posted record revenues, but yet they are only giving employees 1.5% raises this year. Then on top of it, they have based our bonuses on our reduced salaries from last year, even while they bragged about higher productivity and record earnings. They are only concerned about shareholders, which means the fat boy at the top is cashing in on the backs of the employees.

Pros

Great products. Great strategic vision. Growing. Relevant. Leader in Enterprise SW. Very technical and smart employees/managers.

Cons

Primary issues revolve around lack of transparency.

Pros

Good company, great people. I was acquired and not really excited about getting pulled into a big company. I was pleasantly surprised at how committed, smart, hardworking and downright nice everyone was. Clearly a very bottom line focused business but it had much more humanity than I would have expected.

Cons

Because it's very bottom line, organizational change is a constant. If you're looking for a moderate pace, don't like change and crave security, this is not the place for you.
