Good benefit like allowances, cab apart from Salary

Cons

Bad Management Work life balance is impacted when people complained about low salaries among other things they prepared a plan to blame employees for been less friendly and negative towards each others whatever Do not accept advise or process correction for better process.

Pros

I have been working here for past 3 1/2 year's, at no point I have felt that this a pro experience.

Cons

where can I start with: 1. Seleccted for an internal role, HR says you are selected releasing new offer letter, but nothing was released. 2. Director says we have thoughts of promoting you, once interview done, they again say you have been promoted, but nothing happens, director then says we tried our level best. 3. leaves will not be given appropriately, you should always find a replacement to work on your behalf.
