Pros

Flexible workday. Typical corporate attitude from the 1980s.

Cons

This is a Woke company that doesn't practice what it preaches. They make DEI a top priority, and will remove anyone based on anonymous accusations. I saw it happen over and over again, especially to those who belong to a protected class under Federal Law. Forced company progression. It doesn't matter if you like where you are at, or if you are really good at what you do. If you do not wish to progress, they will do everything that they can to force you out of the company. HR is not your friend, and they will use everything that you tell them, or they learn, to force you out. They have reduced their pay rates to what they were paying prior to 2018. Try hiring someone who knows what the current pay rates really are. Especially when they find out that they are expected to be on-call 24/7, which is not in any of the job descriptions. No pay raises. Not even cost of living adjustments. This is a Canadian (for lower taxes) company run by Americans. They were moving as many jobs as possible to India for lower pay rates, but quickly learned that India is no longer as inexpensive as it used to be. The stock price has tanked 50% over the last 4 years, and continues to decline. Those in charge are ignoring the statements made by analysts.

Pros

The work culture is satisfactory. There are ample opportunities available for learning and enhancing your skill set.

Cons

In the context of the FCOE PH, it appears that some leaders exhibit biased behavior and engage in unlawful practices. Specifically, they allegedly refuse to acknowledge resignation letters, which is contrary to Philippine law. Additionally, during one-on-one meetings, there are allegations of gaslighting and power-tripping. These concerning issues should be escalated to the Human Resources department for proper investigation and resolution.

Pros

- 15 days of PTO to start with - 3 days for community service - Embraces diversity and inclusion

Cons

- CEO is an arrogant SJW. He is like a gameshow host. Claims to care about employees but the actions of the company don't match the message. Can only conclude he is a puppet for the board. Funny thing is he claims to value facts and data. Must be cherry picking it because the evidence doesn't support the claim. - This company primarily cares about the bottom line. Salaries and benefits are not competitive. They try to save a buck wherever they can. - High turnover. They don't treat acquired companies very well. - Acquisition focused. Lacking innovation and tech leadership. - Highly bureaucratic. The company is run like it's 1999. - Old tools and systems. - Runs extremely lean (read: understaffed) therefore work/life balance is not good. Layoffs happen regularly.
