Our global onboarding training program includes comprehensive online learning tools designed to help employees learn more about what we do at OpenText. The program encourages employee feedback after the training, for continuous improvement. This feedback is crucial for us to improve the onboarding experience for employees. We are a global company present in 120 countries, and we understand the complexity of being fully onboarded promptly. In addition to our resources, new colleagues are encouraged to network with managers and teams/colleagues to get further acquainted with our culture, values, and policies.
