Cons
every decision from a raise to keep employees to what events to attend, and even travel requests are decided by the CEO. Even his leaders aren't empowered. He is CTO and CEO so when products are delayed, there's no incentive to fix the problem. What the company does is a huge problem too; it's a mix of many brands that aren't retired and what they actually do isn't clear to market.
