      Great benefits. Working from home Flexible hours Company promotes gender equality

      Cons

      Marketing Finance doesn't subscribe to gender equality. Male colleague salary is more than female counterparts for the same type of work. Favoritism is clearly shown by Manager. Seniority makes no difference.

      Pros

      Quite a few events for employees Regular "lunch and learns" keep you up to date on what's happening Nice offices

      Cons

      Very low pay No annual pay increase, you have to complain to get a salary review No profit sharing or performance bonus Benefits aren't great Minimum vacation allotment So many long meetings that you don't have time to actually do anything Always acquiring companies meaning more work but no new staff Don't replace people that quit just push the work on existing employees Many of the management are unqualified and incompetent Only get a promotion if you suck up to management Management openly show favouritism
