Business Outlook
Pros
Work life balance, no night shifts. Health insurance, leaves facility is very good. Very good for developers, I'm from supporting platform. Work load varies according to team. HR team is also very good. Business is totally run by onsite so they don't encourage politics etc.
Cons
Cost cutting will be done almost every year, if u think, there is no work for u, start looking for other jobs. Within 30min u hv to leave company, ur access will be revoked, you'll be given notice period salary anyways. Hike r decent. There is not much control to Indian managers. No onsite offers.
