Pros
Lots of free coffee options, nice clean office, good hardware, fair pay.
Cons
You are treated poorly, and only looked at as a number. The management seems to only care about what THIER manager wants (with no regard for the employee), and the managers manager wants even more. Bottom line....too many managers managing managers to be a good company. Poor morale amongst employees. But....a jobs a job.
