Poor disconnected management running a sweatshop

Pros

Good technology & product delivered worldwide. OK Salary but make sure you negotiate up front and dont let them full you with the bonus as your performance control very small portion of that.

Cons

Sweatshop only focused on making each QTR quota. Fake opportunity for job moving - Process in place but from what I saw they dont really practiced. Fake employee engagement as any feedback not implemented If you dont agree keep you head down so you dont get fired.
