Low pay, not many perks and benefits. Higher management doesn't connect with skip level/employees especially in Documentum/ECD BU. Even after an year of lockdown, HR is still working on basic necessities such as internet reimbursement.
Growth through acquiring other companies and products, outsourcing development to reduce costs and then milking the customer base until they move on to another product. Little or no investment in improving the products they acquire, with some exceptions.
Not employee focused. Penny-wise and pound foolish. Micromanagement from highest levels. Employee skills and experience aren't considered in layoff decisions.
