      you get a steady paycheck and always have something new to learn at the job.

      Cons

      very stressfull environment. overworked with a small team with the amount of inbound work. low of salary increase per year. they also cut health benefits on folks increasin medical pay.

      They won't lay you off, gives you the opportunity to leave before you end up under water.

      Cons

      OpenText is in the business of buying companies, they'll give you garbage raises, budget, etc.. People will leave and you end up with either teams getting over worked or if they backfill, it will be with the lowest possible salary; you get people with zero experience and or no work ethic. This company doesn't care about its employees, it cares about profits, nothing else.
