      Interesting job, but cutting staff numbers to make more profit means it can be stressful.

      Cons

      Company is constantly reducing team sizes and it makes it hard to perform as a company. Not a very generous company and easy to feel under valued, with constant cut backs. Falling behind other local companies and they will lose talent if they don't become competitive.
