Pros
None I got to experience first hand, but have to write something here as this field is mandatory.
Cons
OT is a soulless company with a poisonous acquisitions culture in lieu of an actual strategy based on innovation and real growth. In Jan 2017 I was TUPE'ed into OT together with a group of around 2000 people globally who were all locked-in the deal between OT & Dell EMC. After the transition, we got to see how OT deals with employees from acquired companies, allowing for long-serving, talented, hard-working employees to let go just to accommodate the numbers set by the execs. Lower and middle level management will go ahead and do this dirty work if it means they can survive another round of lay-offs and, in most cases, choose who’s to go more based on their personal dislikes and how much money they can save (hence, those based in NA & Europe are always targeted first). With no change, one wonders how much longer will OT be able to continue taking over other companies and cutting muscle and bone before the whole model no longer works for the shareholders. Sadly, as long as those shareholders make money somehow, the whole circus will surely carry on. If you’re in tech/sales/marketing looking for a good place to work, avoid this place. If you're still in there, best luck to you.
