Overall good

Pros

Good work culture, freedom to develop your process, management has become better at communication, internal development initiatives.

Cons

Not much room to move up and advance through the ranks. Either you're specialized into one position, or things start to stack up on your plate outside of expectation. But, if you voice concern, it's taken seriously and management will work with you to find a better arrangement. Compensation needs to be better.

Potential to be top-tier

Pros

Very cool work environment, people are chill, depending on your dept the work isn't too demanding and its low stress. Good direct report. Clients are friendly for the most part.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as they think, benefits are terrible (15 days PTO, no sick pay, no matching for 401k, no learning bursaries). Also some departments are worked too hard (department balance is very off). Mgmt are standoffish with feedback. Corporate vibe is starting to creep in. CEO doesn't know who most of the company are by name.
