Pros

- Salary on time. - 5 day working company

Cons

- HR Team/CEO does not know any professionalism. - Micro management and politics in teams and company. - Low level code quality and planning. (CMMI Level 3 is just a title) - Very bad and low appraisal system. - No Work-life balance. - Sandwich Leave system - No any cultural or festival activities. - Clear probation period, joining details, salary structure, leave policies and bond details in written otherwise they make their own policy within short time. After your resignation, they will treat you as slave and deduct leaves/money from last salary.
