- Founders, management, and employees care about having a positive impact on the world - Very, very, very smart people - Fun culture with nice colleagues

Cons

- Pay is less than average, which management justifies because we have mission-driven work - San Francisco office feels far away from HQ

Comfortable and encouraging work environment with a great team of people. Very smart and passionate employees who care about each other and the companies success. Its a fun place to work, and offers a ton of opportunity to learn and develop in areas of your interests. Has a sense of team effort to continuing to grow the company and generate results.

Great people, high in motivation to save energy, save world, by reducing the demand side consumption by using the behavioral science. Executives and colleagues try to help others to meet the goals. Many subject matter experts such as industry marketing and data analytics.

Cons

Nobody has enough experience to do global enterprise software business. Products are obsolete and hiring too many junior level people to work on technical operations. Spending too much money on non-core competency operations and assets such as Infrastructure and Vendor management.
