Pros

I’ve been working here for almost four years and I can honestly say that I have absolutely no regrets in either my decision to work here or my decision to stay on as long as I have. If anything, I plan on staying much longer and I’m excited to see where that takes me.

Cons

This is just my experience. I don’t claim to speak for anyone but myself.

Pros

Don’t expect you to work more than 40 hours a week and you’re never expected to do more than you were hired on to do or more than your fair share.

Cons

Scheduling is much more rigid and inflexible.
