Pros

Excellent for self-motivated individuals. The management team is supportive. Easy to maintain healthy work/life balance.

Cons

There doesn’t seem to be any opportunity to move up in my department. That being said, I’m more than content with my salary so this isn’t a pressing issue for me just yet.

I love working at Opsview! Truly, I do. The employee appreciation here is unlike anything I’ve experienced with previous employers.

Cons

The team is relatively small for the number of companies we serve, and it’s difficult to spread out the workload evenly.
