Don’t expect you to work more than 40 hours a week and you’re never expected to do more than you were hired on to do or more than your fair share.

Cons

Scheduling is much more rigid and inflexible.

I love how team-centric everything feels here! I don’t ever feel like I’m expected to get everything done on my own, but I can always go and get help and support from my colleagues.
