Pros

Team spirit amongst employees outside of the leadership team

Cons

Atmosphere is very controlling and micro management is encouraged Scapegoating departments and individuals is common - this has led to a very high rate of staff turnover Arrogant and incompetent leadership team

Pros

Some nice and hard working people on the ground level. That's about it.

Cons

Make people work like machines. Very unpleasant work culture. Ok for interns or new graduates but not a good place for experienced workforce. Very bad staff retention rate. About 60% people either left or were kicked out during my period there. Flexible working frowned upon. The Moto is to squeeze every drop out of the employee, micro management.

Pros

Did meet some nice people but they were not the management and they did not last long

Cons

They will use you for what they can get out of you then push you out by putting you on a performance plan despite what you have managed to achieve
