      Pros

      Agents are able to make unlimited income. Wonderful bonus programs and will help non-license people with getting their license within 2 weeks. One on One training is a Big Plus ➕️ for everyone.

      Cons

      Sometimes its difficult for people who come from certain other companies to break those bad 👎 habits.

      Cons

      They were not transparent about all the costs you pay for out of your own pocket. Yeah they give bonuses but you pay for everything on your own, company doesn’t cover anything
