Pros

Great leadership, promising future, excellent core values. This company operates as a team headed in one direction. They invest in their employees and desire to see them grow. Great atmosphere and culture within this company. Progressive with technology and methods. From day 1, I have felt like I'm on board with a company that is growing and that I am going to grow with it.

Cons

To this point, I can honestly say there is not one thing that I am disappointed with or have negative feelings about.

Amazing opportunities for growth and advancement if you are willing to put in the work. Upper management values and actually cares about their employees. If you are willing to invest in the company they won't hesitate to invest in you. They are always looking for ways make the work environment better.

Cons

Working in the elements. Out of town traveling.
