Excellent place to put in years of hard work in a family environment only to be terminated due to "current economic conditions" as a thinly veiled wording to rid themselves of higher paid employees and put all their work on lower paid employees.

Cons

Unless your last name has the golden touch and you are buddies with the top dogs no one cares about you as an individual. Do your best to avoid HR and the safety guys . They are not out for your best interests.

mandatory 50 hours and out of town work. some time will work with school schedule.

Cons

bad management. poor pay long weeks and weeks with no work will make you do illegal practices like burying trash at a site instead of hauling it off. will loss contracts and get laid off due to managements incompetence. blatant and unchecked racism. not even edgy joke kind and more of will run you off. I have not received a raise in two years
