Pros

The Team and the family atmosphere! If you work hard, persevere through tough times, and have a mindset for constant improvement, then you can make it as far as you want in this company. This has been my personal experience for over 10 years.

Cons

NaturChem is not a local work place where you punch a time clock in a building. The work carry’s you out of town overnight often , but not always overnight
