Pros

The company is like a big family. There is always a new challenge to take on or something to learn. You will get what you put into it which creates opportunity if you are ready for it.

Cons

Not sure it's a con necessarily, but there is constant change. The company is always working toward new goals which means things change frequently to achieve them.

NaturChem really strives to create a brotherhood type comradere as evidenced by their “I am my brothers keeper” company motto. Management exhibits a strong morale fiber and expects employees to do the same. Truly one is he best groups of people I’ve ever worked with!

Cons

Sometimes there can be long days but it’s to be expected with this type of work.
