      Disappointing and not a good place to work

      Pros

      The owners like to have fun, but they are rarely in your office. There is lack of oversight in the offices and company wide consistency is lacking. Recruiting in general is an awesome and rewarding job but not here.

      Cons

      No consistency between offices, some of the recruiters lack experience and professionalism, they drive personal cars for business meetings and you don't get reimbursed for mileage unless you commission, no HR Department what-so ever, harassment and bullying at work, gossipy, they promote drinking in some offices and then employees drive home, incompetent administrative staff that handles highly sensitive documents (drivers licenses and social security cards) and misplaces them, low pay, almost no training, high turnover rate, non complete clause bans you from working for ANY company you have even called to regardless if you placed anyone there... too many things to list. Dont work here unless you just need some cash in your pocket until you line up something better.
