Pros

The CEO is great , Anchorage manager is great (dude is a beast), Staff is great when you're employed there and everyone works hard. Overall, working here will make you a better person, more efficient worker, and enables you to not take for granted making a decent wage after placing struggling people. This was the only job where I felt guilty leaving.

Cons

Even if you produce great results, if you don't hit your call quota is doesn't matter. This is actually a good company, but don't apply here unless you know for a fact you will be able to shot gun calls every day, for the rest of your career. I would recommend this position to a small percentage of people however for that small percentage you can go very far.

They are the best staffing company on the west coast.

Very good solid job leads... great training if needed and they WILL go above and beyond for you.... when you get to go to office to pick up your check (most of the time it was delivered to our job location by account rep.) you just feel right at home even on a Friday at 5pm.... They usually have cookies and or candy and welcoming bright smiling faces. They will do what it takes to make you happy even if that means Sasha has to stay late on a friday so you can get your check if the need is urgent and you can't wait until Monday...They have great jobs to offer, they maintain strong trusting, loyal relationships with not only the clients but ever single prospect...They are very supportive.

Cons

I honestly can NOT think of any cons for this company because no matter what the issue is or may become they will work diligently to resolve it and get back to daily success...
