      Pros

      -Ability to go toward recruiting verticals that are interesting to you and pertinent to candidates you are representing -Three weeks paid vacation after being with the company for one year -Great opportunity to get to know your surrounding community

      Cons

      -Difficult to achieve commission structure that is often hindered by the human element of the "product" and ebs/flows of clients needs; small percentage of a grand portion even when you achieve it -High, high turnover in all positions -Small company that does not have a human resources department to address any sort of internal issue that may arise -Inconsistent management practices, irregular goal meetings -Culture centered around alcoholism, materialism

      Depending on your team, great money Beer Friday's Young culture Music and atmosphere Great co-workers which made life much more enjoyable.

      Cons

      Very money and results driven (above and beyond normal or average companies) The culture is all about work and cash, very little balance is appreciated. Perform quickly or get cut. Very pushy sales tactics. Unrealistic goals for commissions

      Pros

      You get paid on time which is pretty great for this company. You can get some experience as well too.

      Cons

      Everything about working here is awful. First off, the manager is bias and plays favorites. You can get by doing the bare minimum if you are a favorite. Then there's the cold calls, they will burn you out in a week and you have to make them or else you will get constant complaints about it. If you're not bringing in money they will constantly complain or get rid of you. They micro manage like no other. Also the commission structure is ridiculous.
