Pros
Optics 1 has a great management team. They allow and trust you to do your job. The leadership team is highly competent and just a bunch of really good people that care about the people they work with. Optics 1 has great technology and I am proud of the products we make and that our products make a difference for the warfighter. Since I have been here I have seen a good number of my hard working peers be promoted to higher level positions. If you work hard at this company, you are noticed and appreciated. Competitive pay and benefits (for the most part)
Cons
This isn't really a con, but the company has had a lot of success so you are always busy. Sometimes hard to get things done because everyone is so busy. Certain benefits could be better and more competitive with other companies in the industry. (Paternity/Maternity)
