Pros
Optics 1 is the best company I've ever been employed with. All the employees are happy and friendly. People actually say hello and good morning. The company has excellent benefits, including a great 401K set up. They contribute money to your 401k even if you don't contribute anything yourself. The every other Friday off deal is amazing lol. I don't have to wait 4 months for a 3 day weekend !! I get one every other week. The facility is modern and immaculately clean. I think most importantly though, the management goes to great lengths to keep the employees happy. Their is always something special planned. Like a free breakfast, birthday celebrations, ice cream socials etc. I've been working for 38 years and taking the job at Optics 1 is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
