      Pros

      The health benefits and pay are reasonable.

      Cons

      Working for Optima Shipping is the same as risking your work-life balance and sanity. The workload here is insane, and the management puts a ton of pressure on the employees to do more despite already having too much. Most, of not all, of the managers here are unrealistic and unreasonable, and they don't think about the amount of workload they give us.

      Pros

      I find the task of writing positively about this company daunting. I didn't witness any positivity because I didn't have the time.

      Cons

      The upper management is fake. These evil and arrogant people offer poor pay for tons of work. They also don't offer any benefits, like a paid vacation to relieve stress. The workload was also insane, and no one seemed happy here. Avoid it if you can.
