      Pros

      It's hard to think of any positives other than the fact that there were some very nice people working there.

      Cons

      This company is honestly horrible all the way around. Management is so cheap, and the pay is insulting. They treat you like slaves and the work environment is extremely toxic. It seemed we were always burning people out. I heavily advise you not to apply to this job, just look elsewhere and forget about this place!

      It's hard to think of the pros other than some great people working there being horrifically exploited.

      Cons

      Management is plagued by poor leadership skills. They treat you like slaves and they behave like they're all in high school still. They expect way too much out of the team. The workload was very physical and exhausting. This company is honestly horrible all the way around. Save your time, money and sanity by not applying to Optima.
