      Pros

      Great environment for developers with free coffee/soda, weekly once sponsored lunch and chair massage, engineering teams work in latest tech stack(company is mostly a Microsoft shop). Provides Pluralsite membership to learn or advance technical skills. Relaxed culture and allows casual wear in office.

      Cons

      Relies heavily on Microsoft technologies. Though there are remote employees company in general does not prefer remote working (this may not necessarily be a con in general). Career growth is slow, doesn't sponsor certifications.
