The operations of this company is run by dirt bags. The professional standard of the people you will work with here is on par with McDonalds management. If you are looking to contract through this agency, I would seriously consider shopping around as there are always at least two other agencies who offer sponsorship depending on the role. They don't check on you, ask you how your role is, and if you have any questions about your contract, be prepared to be ignored or bopped around to people you've never spoken to. My account manager wasn't interested in meeting me or knew who I was. When I tried reaching out to her with questions, I would get aggressive calls from her boss who would try to intimidate me into leaving them alone by giving me non-answers or misinformation. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told that I was being unprofessional, and I needed to just deal with it. I think that is pretty crappy behavior for people who are living off your pay.
