they will never respond back to emails and phone calls if you have questions. they will always make an excuse to not give you salary hike.

Every time you come across any problem and issues, call your manager, she will start to get your problem solved as soon as possible.

Cons

They should host more events to let the employees belong to them meet each other more often. this is good for information sharing.
