Both Directors over parts and service dept. do not offer adequate training to employees under them. Employees get reprimanded by upper corp management when they don't do something right and when the employee defends themselves by explaining that they have repeatedly asked for training on that and other items but never received it, it's held against them by their Directors.

More then I can lis they still your commission sell a high dollar unit and they bill put all this stuff to go to the shop and claim it was all done then when the customer is there for there walk through they find most or all of the problems nolthing was fixed and then try to bill it back to the sales person brand new units should be no bill to sales person they should be billing it back to the manufacturer but they don't want salesman to get that much Denver is very shady person pretty sure he is paying customers to pit in good reviews
