They don’t care about their employees. They run on favoritism. Upper management is a joke. Child molesters work there. They allow service techs to fix the coach with substandard methods.

Both Directors over parts and service dept. do not offer adequate training to employees under them. Employees get reprimanded by upper corp management when they don't do something right and when the employee defends themselves by explaining that they have repeatedly asked for training on that and other items but never received it, it's held against them by their Directors.
