      Competitive pay Flexible hours Bonuses

      Cons

      Lacking leadership Lacking appropriate, effectivr, and timely training. They do not like change unless the ideas are coming from the “right” people. Evident favoritism, especially in Seattle office. Disorganized is an understatement. Lacking in effective communication.

      A place that didn't care about their employees

      The patients were wonderful and I really like taking care of the same people for 3 years

      Cons

      The management did not care about the staff and expected staff to do more and more while the nursing management barely even showed up to work. Happiest day was given my notice to leave that place and have a better work environment without the drama or laziess. Upper management didn't even care that they lost several nurses in 1 year.
