Pros
- Good growth opportunities at entry level to lead positions, allowing for accelerated career and knowledge growth - Great teammates with a close family-like culture - Some fantastic leaders that act as close mentors and are genuinely interested in your growth
Cons
- Merit increases are atrocious, very little in terms of increases once a year. Was bad before inflation, remained bad in the face of inflation. - Favoritism at manager and above roles. Difficult to break into senior management roles due to this. - Too many changes, from processes to leadership
