      The Sales team run the show. Managers don’t care they will work the hell out of you. Expectations unrealistic with the amount of people.

      Local management is awesome, teams work together, decent PTO and some ability to work remotely

      Corporate is out of touch with the real world and how things are actually done. They forget what it's like to actually be the ones that are doing the work that they are making the policies for and deciding who is an integral part of the company and who isn't. Listen to those in the field and those doing the work and take their opinions into consideration before making decisions that will affect everyone
