The only thing good about working at that place was that there were some solid people. People that actually cared about their work, the patients, and the crappy company.

Cons

Not enough pay, no employee appreciation. O e worker got a pen for her 25yr anniversary with the company and no it wasn't engraved. Training is a joke. Unreasonable and unrealistic expectations for performance due to requirements.

This is a great stepping stone. Feels like a family. Good Environment, management is approachable. Flexible. People tend to stay here for years

Cons

No tuition reimbursement, not a convenient location, management doesn't like WFH. Patient coordinators don't stay as long as other depts.
