Very little training, Overwork strongest employees, horrible management, terrible pay. People are promoted based on who they know, NOT their skillset.

I worked there for 6 or 7 months. They pulled so much stupidity. 50 or 60 hours a week. With "oh yall are doing so great. We're working on the problem" with no changes. Or they'd ask how can we help? The team would give them a list of things that would make conditions better and help production. Then management either disregarded it and in some cases did the opposite! Nothing but lip service and false promises. They don't actually care about the employees, I don't think they even care about the patients. They get way to focused on the profit.
