No staffing/corporate doesn’t care. Expect to do the job of at least 3 people Compounders are expected to work 10-12 hour shifts Monday-Friday and be on call on the weekends. If you are in a clinical position expect to be forced to shake down sick elderly fixed income individuals for their copay AT ALL COSTS or you get wrote up, lose your bonus, get shamed by the corporate management. Employee benefits package is mediocre at best. Health Insurance is overpriced and not very good.

Made good friends with people while they lasted at the company.

Cons

Constant rotating door of employees and managers. I swear, this company can’t keep a good worker if their life depended on it! Major red flag when long-term employees leave one after another. Low pay compared to many other similar companies/roles.
