I applied for a promotion that require a minimum of a bachelors degree that was given to someone that had high school diploma. I was then laid off. Management does not care how you are doing only about the bottom line, money. They claim to care and that we are 'family' but it's all a smoke screen to gain trust and use whatever they can against you. Trust no one and keep to yourself.
