      Pros

      Simple work. Nothing required too much thought for completion. It was a day in day out job.

      Cons

      .Company did not value any employee. Constantly increased workload in order to push higher metrics. within 1 year, work load doubled without any increase of compensation. Constant harassment from managers. No opportunity to move up for anyone under 10 years.
