      Good pay compared to hospital work.

      Cons

      It’s a sales job. Tons of pressure to improve numbers, very little attention to nursing clinical excellence. You will work your long hours and chase referrals, and they will ask you for more, more, more. Late nights, weekends calls (even when you’re not on-call), this place runs you into the ground and then asks you for more. On call is about $1/hour and that’s all night long taking calls from patients at home infusing IV medicine. You will get calls, lots. No work life balance whatsoever.
